Teddy Bear Treasures
Teddy Bear Treasures Supplies:
-
empty film canisters
-
pom poms: 1 large, 8 small, 1 tiny
-
cool melt glue gun
-
2 wiggle eyes
Instructions:

Using the cool melt glue gun, glue a large pom pom on the lid of the
film canister.

Glue 4 small pom poms on the front of the canister as legs (two near
the top and two near the bottom.

Glue another small pom pom on the back for a tail.

On the head, glue two small pom poms on for ears, and another for a
muzzle.
-
Glue a tiny pom pom on the muzzle for a nose.
-
Add two wiggle eyes, and you are done.

You can use alternating colors or all the same colors for the pom poms.
Film canisters can be donated by the local photo developing stores, and
come in different colors.
Sparks and Brownies love making this craft and it gives them somewhere
special to put small keepsakes.
Can also have a small hole drilled into the lid and near top of can to be
able to hang the craft on a camp hat.
Bears done in Guiding colors were made for the Regina Area Office, which
they have placed on display.
These bears are also good sellers at Craft fairs, especially when you
fill them with surprises for the kids.
