Night Time Scavenger Hunt
This is a great way to start preparing Pathfinders for night trek activities.
Place the items in a field, or playing area where it is safe for the
girls to play at night. It is ideal for a camp site.
Divide the girls into team sof 3 - 5 players
Provide the teams with a list of clues
Let them have one flashlight per team, with the head of the flashlight
covered with red cellophane
Place the clues or pictures of the clues randomly along a route that covers
the playing area
Give them a time limit, and strict boundaries and let the teams find all the
clues. You can have small prizes at each item or a piece of paper to identify
that they found the item that they take with them. Make sure there is enough for
everyone!
