Order Your Feet Crests Today!

Spruce Grove District had the idea of creating ‘feet’ crests, a left foot and a right foot in pink, orange, royal blue, green, red, yellow and dark blue. At the end of each Guiding year, a girl or adult will receive a foot that can be sewn on a camp blanket or other article. At a glance you can see a girl’s or adult’s journey through Guiding from the amount of coloured foot steps. The feet measure 3.75” high by 1.75” wide and cost $1.00 each including GST; shipping is an extra $3.50 to cover postage. All cheques can be made out to Girl Guides of Canada. The proceeds from the crest sales pays for the cost of the crests and the remainder goes directly back to Spruce Grove District to cover bi-annual District Camp costs.

There’s also enough ‘white space’ on each crest to add the year of involvement and perhaps the leaders names or any other information. One note about the dark (navy) blue crest for leaders/adults, I find that some of our long term leaders want the colored crests to signify the branch they’ve led instead of multiple dark blue crests. It’s entirely your choice which color crests you’d like to signify your years as a leader.
