Guidelines for Submissions to the Website


All submissions must go through the appropriate Adviser on the Alberta Provincial Council: e.g. if you have a camping event to advertise, then you must go through the Provincial Camping Adviser. Please refer to the list of committees and their advisers on this page.

Submissions may include:

  • Area newsletters, Link and Trefoil Guild newsletters
  • Events – provincial, cookies, Commissioner Training, Alberta Girls Parliament, etc.
  • Non-guiding website program resources; e.g. Becky's Campfire Songs
  • Related National GGC events; e.g. Web Photo Contest

Submissions from Guiders for Bright Ideas may be sent to directly to the Provincial Web Coordinator: webcoordinator(@)albertagirlguides(dot)com .
